Geneva, Switzerland and I lovethe Kellys so much. For me,
the new single "Because it's love is a lot better
than "I can't help myself". Angelo's voice is
getting alright! And I'm really very proud of the job he
did.Carry on, Angelo! And of course, I wanna say hi to
all the Kellyfans around the world. I love you all!Lot's
of love, The album was originally supposed to be released on
the 4th of November, but I did manage to find it in the
shops in Holland on the 31st of October. I believe I am
the first fan to own the CD!! It is definitely the best
album to date. It is as diverse as the others they have
produced, and it shows that they have been developing
musically as well as in originality. My favourite songs
on the album must be I'll Swim I'll Swim, One More Song,
Rock 'n' Roll Stole My Soul, Red Shoes, Leave It To The
Spirits and All Along The Way (I Will Be With You) (I
love some kinds of classical-like songs). Most of the
songs I like are sung by Paddy, but it doesn't mean he is
my favourite. I just like the songs. I hope that when all
the fans get the CD that they will enjoy it as much as I
have and also share the same opinion as myself. Kelly
Family, keep up the good work, don't let anyone get you
down, keep on singing andmake us all happy in the future.
Hi Ihr :)))))))) Could a CD be better than Almost Heaven? I didn't
think so, but they really show us, don't they! Die kellys sind ruhiger gewurde.Ich meine damit,dass
die "rockigen" songs fehlen,was SEHR
schade ist.Jimmy z.B singt nur noch ruhige balladen und
Joey auch,dabei ist z.b Thunder doch so ein schöner
song. Am besten finde ich Big Mouth On Tv, Ego und One
More Song.auch Red Shoes ist schön, aber es klingt sehr
nach When I Was In Town.Trotz allem ein gelungenes
album,aber manche songs ( Because It´s Love,Angels
Flying) sind auf die dauer langweilig.Es teilen
vielleicht nicht alle meine meinung,aber ihr könnt mir
ja schreiben. I think Growin Up is a really great
record.I love it very much.The songs are very good
,better than those on Almost Heaven.I can not wait to see
the kellys playing those fantastic songs live! I think the New album is great, but
sometimes I feel that the kelly family just made it in a
rush...............very fast made and sometimes it could
have been better. Anyway it is Great, fantastic.

Ireland, and I'd like to give my opinion of thenew
album."Growin' Up" arrived in the shops on
10/11/97 and of course my sisterbought it at once. There
hasn't been a KF concert in Ireland since '96, so I
didn't know exactly what to expect, apart from
"Because it's Love". To be honest, I wasn't too
fond of "Almost Heaven", apart from a few
songs, butwhen I heard the new album, I thought it was
great. "Growin' Up" is right:the Kelly Family
have really matured recently, musically speaking.
However,I have one objection: in "Rock and
Roll...", the 'beans,beans' etc. part was funny(I
suppose!)but out of context. I think the song could have
done without it, then it would have been what my sister
calls a really rockin'song. One of my favourites is
"Leave it to the Spirits", which is a weird and
wonderful kind of song. All the ballads are great.
"Another World" is worthy of a mention: not
likely to be that popular, but a real quality song. Any
song which scares and depresses me is worth taking note
of!! Oh and "All Along the Way" had me singing
all day! Overall, a very impressive album, and, purely
critically speaking, deserves to do well. However, it
needs to be promoted here, because the record stores tend

Lot's of love, I love the new
single. I think they improve with each song they release.
Sweetest Angel is a bit strange, but I can get accustomed
to the song. I'll Send You A Letter is great, although it
took me a few times to like it. I still think Look Up My
File is much better, though. I cannot wait to see them in
concert next Sunday afternoon(21/09). I am certain that
they will be as good as I have heard they are. lp smiling-keep

super. ANGELO,man merkt dass du dieses Lied "with
your soul"geschrieben hast. Angelo ist mein Liebster
Kelly-Mitglied(natürlich hab ich ALLE sehr lieb und bin
ein REAL FAN)und obwohl ich ihn sooooo gerne mag,habe ich
mich riesig gefreut das du eine Freundin hattest.Mach so
weiter"Don Juan" . Ausserdem finde ich es sehr
gut dass ihr mit diesem Song nährer zum Sreet-Live Stiel
zurückkehrt. Because It's Love is just beautiful....
Angelo's voice is fantastic.... I loved it live (I was in
Stuttgart 16/8), and I can't wait till next Sunday in
Rotterdam! (see you soon Jeanette!), I Love: I`ll send you a letter the
Kelly`s have really grown since the last time we heard
from them. Hi! Because it's love is a quite nice song. The sound reminds me on the early days of U2. It's quite a nice love song mybe Angelo is in love with a girl. Sweetest Angle is really different and I wouldn't say I don't like it but it takes some time to get used to. Last but not least there is I'll send you a letter which is surely a very good song. I like it very very much. It seems that Paddy and Maite are telling of their own experience. Jimmy did a very good job as director; he seems to have talent in doing directing - so I want to say "Congratulations Jimmy - well done". Maybe the next video is as good as this one. I also think the cuts were good situated between the story and the live performance. Nathasja. I would like to say that I enjoy the video "Fell In Love With An Alien" because it is pleasant to watch. It is not like most videos which have only 1 or 2 second frames which play havok on the eyes, but it is more like a film. The acting by the Kelly Family is well done. I especially like the "spaceship" which is unlike any spaceship which most people would envisage. The "rock concert" which the Kelly's hold for the "aliens" is great, even when the "aliens" join in clapping with the Kelly's. The whole video is well done and the concept is fantastic. Good job to the Kelly Family and I hope they continue working hard and well on their following projects! Gabriella, Holland I really like this video-clip!! It's beautifully made, and it fits the song beautifully! The atmosphere is JUST right! But the expencive "spaceship" wasn't necesarry, in my opinion. It looks quite nice, sure, and I like it but for me the "First time"-video clip looks much better, although it has been much cheaper than the "Alien"-video. Also ich finde, dass Almost Heaven wirklich ein total klasse Album ist, obwohl es etwas völlig anderes ist als alles, was sie bisher gemacht haben. This goes for all the other famous groups and moviestars etc. About the song: I think "Look up my file" is an important and powerful song. I really like it, though it's not my favourite Kelly-song. The lyric is perhaps one of the strongest from the Kelly's. --Veronica-- My opinion about "Look up my file": The first time I heard the song I was thrilled because I like the musical style of it very much...Nowadays I have to say that I really don`t know what to think about it. Many of the fans who have written something before me said good and important things, but I will tell you my thoughts, too - cause there are maybe some different things. Surely it is an expressive and maybe even shocking song because you can feel the pain just by listening to it - but I really don`t like that so many people now say " Poor Paddy, I`m so sorry for him..., pooooooor Paddy" ! I am sure that this is not what he wants to hear ! Why can`t he just been accepted as a boy, as a musician - not as a little Cutie, everybody talks about in such ways ("sweet, poor Paddy") ?? Okay, he wrote this song and - much more important - he really published it ( thist shows, how important it was for him to let everybody know), but we should just take it as it is and not talk it to death, shouldn`t we ? You know, the ones who think about the text will understand it - but the others won4t at all ! I think it is too late to change something, the life of the Kellys has totally changed and so did everything around them. I only wished that the songs which were sung, with the exception of "I Can't Help Myself", were sung live and not like they were taken from the CD! Now I don't know if everyone in Europe has seen that programme, but anyway, I thought I'd send you a sort of a report from it.
