* 'Fell in love with an alien' reached the 15th position in the german Top 100 2 weeks after its release.

* The Kelly Family had up to 7 titles in the BRAVO charts in the same week ! Not even the Backtreet boys, who are the 2d favorite band in Germany, could have so many titles in the BRAVO charts.

22d february 1997 :

* 'Fell in love with an alien' has been world premiere broadcasted on MTV, 21st february. It will only be broadcasted on this channel until 28th february.

* The Est Europe tour as been postponed. The reason is...flue !

* 'Fell in love with an alien' has been released in Poland. Like 'Every baby', 2 versions are available : a 2 tracks and a 3 tracks single.

16th february 1997 :

* The new single 'Fell in love with an alien' has been released on 14th february. The video was the most expensive Kelly Video : it costed one million DM ! It will have world premiere on MTV next week. More infos available next week...

9th february 1997 :

* The Kelly Family were part of the BRAVO SUPER SHOW 1997 in Dortmund (Germany). Jasmin Gerat gave them the Silver Otto for the best band 1996. Other artists featured : East 17, Backstreet Boys, N'Sync, Tic Tac Toe, Caught in the act, Bed & Breakfast, Peter Andre, DJ Bobo....

* 'Every baby' has reached position #13 in the german charts and 'Gott deine Kinder' position #25.

* The east-tour planed for march is sold out since december 96 !

* There will be a stadium tour in Germany this summer and a hall tour before Christmas. The Kelly will also tour in Asia in may and in South America in september !

12th january 1997 :

* The concerts planed for january have been cancelled. They will take place in march 97.

* The Kelly are in Madegascar, probably to film the 'Fell in love with an alien' video.

* 'Almost heaven' has been released in France, but only in a few shops.

* The Kellys became a very famous band in Norway in only a few weeks. 'Almost heaven' was #2 in the charts.

7th december 1996 :

* A single was released in Germany with the title 'Der Gloeckner von Notre Dame'. You can find on it 2 songs from the Kellys : 'Gott deine Kinder' and 'Que Dios Ayude'.

* The Kellys take part in the BRAVO SUPER SHOW in Poland. They received some prices and gave an one hour concert. They played songs like 'When the boys come into town', 'Every baby', 'Stayin' alive' and 'Like a queen'.

* On 30th november was broadcasted on the german TV channel SAT 1 the Kelly Family Christmas show 'Crossroads'. The show was filmed in Ireland. They played 12 songs from the new album 'Almost heaven' and sang in duett with the Chieftains and Joe Cocker ('Up where we belong').

* The Kelly Family will perform 3 concerts in Poland in january 1997.

* A new Kelly video will be released on 15 december : 'Crossroads 96'. In February 97 will be released the 'Over the hump'-karaoke video.

* Paddy and Kathy were two days in Los Angeles to mix the new song 'I can't help myself'.

* The new album will be released in september. 20 music have been recorded. At the moment, The Kellys are recording the vocals. They will then choose 14 songs for the album.

* The 'Pavarotti and friends' - CD will be released at Christmas. It will contain a duett with Pavarotti and the Kellys ('Ave Maria') and a Kelly song : 'Ares qui'.

29th june 1996 :

* The new single 'I can't help myself' will be released on 18th july 1996. The video will consists of live and studio performances.

* On 20th june, the Kelly gave a concert with Pavarotti in Italia for the 'Pavarotti and friends' project. Other guests : Liza Minelli & Elton John. Angelo and Pavarotti sang 'Ave Maria'.

* On 15th june, the Kelly gave the tourstart of their Open Air Tour 96 in Essen (Germany). Over 40,000 fans enjoyed the show.

17th june 1996 :

* The new album will be released in august. A first single will probably be released this month. It's Angelo's song 'I can't help myself' who has been chosen.
